Wow! I called at 8 am for help with a leak in the ceiling in a weird spot. They showed up at 8:30 am actually beating me to the apartment. We determined the leak was from a tenant's portable AC unit. Gavin then checked the regulator to make sure it was around 65 psi, but it was 90 psi despite being checked in the inspection just a few months earlier. I guess these regulators only last about 4-6 years. We replaced it to avoid future leaks. These guys are local to SC and DP and really know their stuff. I'm so thankful and they are my new go to.
