"If you want an honest plumber this is the company to call. The exterior wall behind our kitchen sink was flooding every time we used the sink. Long story short, they cleared the line which stopped the leak. The line will probably still need repair but with the line cleared it is fully functional. We told them we plan on remodeling the kitchen very soon. They suggested waiting until we remodel so they could make any permanent repairs at that time from the inside instead of breaking stucco. "I can’t say enough about this company. We called the first number we could find after one side of our home started backing up with water. Full sinks, stuck toilets, and an overflowing washing machine drain. We were told we were looking at a lot of money in repairs due to failed cast iron plumbing under our home. After a quick search on Yelp we came across The Passionate Plumber and called them for a second opinion. Andrew showed up to assess our problem and quickly discovered that our issue had nothing to do with failed plumbing and everything to do with a poor design of our system due to numerous remodels throughout the years. "I've used these guys before and not sure why l've never left a review, but I should have. These guys are fabulous... always on time, always polite, always know what they're doing, always transparent on pricing, just good all around and how all plumbing companies should aspire to be. I recently called because of what I thought was a leak in the main line under our backyard... this is what our landscapers thought (we called them first because we thought it was an irrigation leak), so we ended up calling another plumbing company who is great and happens to be a family friend, however, they didn't have the technology to find the leak underneath the concrete so they referred us to a leak detection company. That company never got back to me and I'm glad they didn't. I had to get someone with the technology out here... enter Jay from the passionate plumbers. He was very thorough and ultimately determined it is most likely water runoff that has settled underground and risen because of the recent rain. It will take a couple weeks to determine but he was confident enough to not do a bunch of extra things and charge us hundreds of dollars to do so. Just all around integrity from these guys.
